AQUA PENNSYLVANIA / advocacy campaign
When Aqua Pennsylvania was in the process of acquiring Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority's sewer system, there was a lot of community opposition. We wanted to lighten the mood and also quell people's fears about the corporate takeover. Our message to customers was that gambling is for the casino, not for chancing your sewage and wastewater needs. Rest assured, Aqua wouldn't make this a game of chance.
